Job Overview

We are searching for passionate and proficient Table Tennis Coaches with varying levels of expertise to enrich the coaching team at Elanora Table Tennis Centre. Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional coaching experiences for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our Social Club and High-Performance Academy.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with fellow coaches to design and implement diverse training programs tailored to beginners, intermediate, and advanced table tennis players.
Conduct individual and group coaching sessions, focusing on enhancing players' skills, techniques, and strategic understanding.
Assess and provide constructive feedback to players, crafting personalized development plans to address their unique needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive training environment, instilling a sense of camaraderie and enthusiasm within the Elanora Table Tennis community.
Stay updated on the latest coaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques into training programs.
Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to organize and participate in events, tournaments, and exhibitions.
Regularly assess player progress, making necessary adjustments to training programs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Table Tennis Coach with a successful track record of developing players across different proficiency levels.
Varied levels of proficiency in coaching, catering to beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
Strong understanding of table tennis techniques, tactics, and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with players of diverse skill sets.
Coaching certifications or qualifications from recognized table tennis associations or governing bodies.
Experience in organizing and coordinating tournaments, events, or camps is advantageous.
